How to Ride
There are three ways to board the Shonan Monorail: tickets purchased from ticket machines, QR Code tickets purchased on the website, or by directly touching the dedicated ticket gate with an applicable brand (credit, debit, or prepaid) card.

How to get on the train
Touch the card to the dedicated automatic ticket gate and go through with ease!
Touch the card to the ticket gate for easy passage! Please touch your card to the ticket gate machine that is compatible with touch payment. You can ride the Shonan Monorail with a credit, debit, or prepaid card, or a smartphone with the same card installed.
*This includes devices other than smartphones with credit cards (Apple Pay, Google PayTM , Garmin Pay, Fitbit Pay).
①Automatic ticket gate machines (Ofuna Sta., Shonan-Machiya Sta., Nishi-Kamakura Sta., Shonan-Enoshima Sta.) Please use the touch payment terminal on the automatic ticket gate.
②Simple ticket checker (Fujimimicho Sta,, Shonan-Fukazawa Sta., Kataseyama Sta., Mejiroyamashita Sta.) Please use the touch payment terminal of the blue pole-type ticket gate.
Fares
- Fares with touch-sensitive payment are the same as those with adult transportation IC cards, in units of 10 yen.
- Discounts for children and the physically disabled are not applicable.
Notes on the use of the touch payment system
- One card can only be used to pay for one person.
- Only the Shonan Monorail Line can be used.。
- Touch-sensitive payment is not available for connecting transportation.
