Transfer transportation (detours)
This system allows passengers to use designated routes of other railway companies, etc., to detour when train operations are disrupted within the section of their ticket.
Eligible for Transfer transportation
Suica/PASMO commuter passes, magnetic commuter passes within the commuter pass zone, tickets, coupons, and one-day passes (including digital tickets)
※Please receive a transfer ticket at the station and use the transfer service.
Not eligible for Transfer transportation
IC card balance: Suica, PASMO, national transportation IC cards, and touch payment (credit, debit, prepaid, or smartphones with the same card set up)
- Includes the use of Mobile Suica and PASMO balances
- Includes expired Suica and PASMO commuter passes
- Outside the commuter pass, ticket, or coupon ticket area
※If a train service interruption occurs at a station or mid-ride using an IC card such as Suica or PASMO (excluding the commuter pass area) (i.e., the fare for the entire ride has not been collected), the ride area has not been determined and you will not be able to use Transfer transportation.
※Please pay the fare for the route or bus that is being diverted before using it.
